Lenovo’s latest ThinkPads have USB-C chargers and webcam security covers


Lenovo is unveiling nine new 2018 ThinkPad models today, ahead of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas next week. While all of the new models are primarily targeted at businesses, the X series laptops are perhaps the most interesting. Lenovo isn’t ready to detail a new X1 Carbon or X1 Yoga just yet, but the new X280 and X380 Yoga might just provide a hint of what’s to come.

Both models include Intel’s latest 8th-generation Core i7 processors, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of SSD storage. As the name suggests, the X380 Yoga also includes Lenovo’s typical Yoga hinge to covert the laptop into a tablet mode, and there’s even a stylus included.
