The Xbox One X is getting discounted for the first time

Microsoft has announced the first discount for the Xbox One X, as gaming companies gear up for E3. Starting on June 7th, the Xbox One X will cost $449.99, which is a $50 markdown. The Xbox One X has cost $499.99 since it launched last November, making it less than a year old. The discounted price will be available from the Microsoft store and some major retailers.

Microsoft is also offering these deals:

  • 1TB Xbox One S bundles for $249
  • 500GB Xbox One S console for $199
  • Up to 75 percent off certain games, including discounts on titles like PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Monster Hunter: World, and Sea of Thieves
  • $10 off controllers
  • One month of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass for $1
