Carrot, a weather app with personality, is coming to Android

The Carrot Weather app is coming to Android, bringing with it a host of useful weather-tracking features — and developer Brian Mueller's human-hating AI character, Carrot, who will help give you the forecast while also mocking your suffering at the hands of those outside conditions. Lifehacker first reported on the expansion to Android.

According to Mueller, the app is available now on Android in an early access, open beta. A final 1.0 release still a few weeks out as the developer works to polish up a few features (including a home screen widget).
