Fitbit’s $100 fitness tracker for kids is now available to buy

Fitbit's first fitness band designed just for kids, the Fitbit Ace, is now available. The Ace, meant for kids eight and up, was first announced in March and is essentially an adaptation of the Fitbit Alta.

The Ace tracks many of the same activities as Fitbit's other models for adults, like steps, active minutes, and hours slept. It will also send push notifications to encourage children to get moving if it senses a sustained period of inactivity. Some information, like calories burned or body fat percentages, will only be available to view by parents, who can manage information through the website's new family accounts section.

Pre-loaded cartridges of cannabis concentrate are currently among the most popular means of consumption, and for good reason. They're discreet to use and easy to handle, a far cry from the dark days of 2016 when we had to dribble hash oil or load wax into narrow-mouthed vape pens by hand.
