The European Parliament has voted to approve new regulations that will place a European content quota on streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video . Once the new rules are formally approved, 30 percent of video-on-demand platform content catalogs will have to be Eur opean -- a move aimed at supporting "the cultural diversity of the European audiovisual sector." Additionally, these companies will be asked to support the development of European productions either through direct investment or by paying into national funds, contributions that should be "proportional to their on-demand revenues in that country." Symantec has observed Fancy Bear conducting intelligence gathering hacks in Europe and South America, including governments, military targets, an embassy and a "well-known international organization." The group has been using a common set of tools to conduct the campaign, although it also recently expanded its repertoire to include hacks that are considerably harder to stop. Today, HMD Global is set to announce one more Nokia handset for the American audience. It's the Nokia 7.1, a mid-range phone with high-end sheen, and it'll be available for only $349. Today, Netflix released the first official trailer for the third season of Marvel's Daredevil starring Charlie Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio, Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll. Google's rolled out a bunch of new features for Assistant this week, and it's not finished yet. Now, you'll be able to use it to easily book ride services. So with your Android, iPhone, Google Home or any smart speaker with the Assistant, you just need to say "Hey Google, book a ride to...." Or "Hey Google, get me a taxi to... ." You'll then be given a list of popular ride services to choose from, including Uber , Lyft, Ola and Grab, along with information on estimated pricing and wait times. DC Comics has launched its own streaming service , called DC Universe, and its flagship show will be the dark and gritty Titans , which features young Robin gathering a team of superheroes . DC also announced that the show has already been picked up for a second season and released a new trailer for New York Comic Con. This second trailer doesn't let up on the dark tone of the series and focuses on the relationships between the characters. It shows Robin bringing the whole band together to face a common enemy. If you're interested in watching the show, it premieres on October 12th on the DC Universe streaming service.
